This defragmentation utility called iDefrag analyzes your hard drives and includes fragments of various user and system files. You can continue your activities during defragmentation, while following the process in real time through a graphical representation of data blocks.

It is also possible to automate the defragmentation with scripts. Finally, iDefrag control the temperature of your hard disk throughout the process and interrupt the defragmentation in case of overheating.
